Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for payment. We also accept checks and cash for payment.
What is your service area?
Our service area generally consists of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We are based in Cincinnati, and try to run more long distance calls in groups. We have on occasion gone outside of this service area to West Virginia, Michigan, and other states. Please contact us with your needs and we can discuss travel costs.
How long will it take to repair my item?
We try to complete all on-site repairs the day we come out. We strive to carry every part needed to complete the repair on our first visit. However, if extra parts are needed, we will return as quick as possible to finish the repairs. Most carry in units to our shop can be repaired within a few days unless we need to order a specialty part that we do not have in stock.
How much does it cost for repairs at my location?
Our service call to come to your location is based on mileage distance from our shop. Please call for an estimate of the service call charge. Once at your location, we have a $40-$90 estimate fee depending on the complexity and amount of problems. If you go ahead with any of the repairs while we are on site, you do not get charged the estimate fee.
How much do you charge for carry in repairs?
For In shop repairs, we have a $40 estimate fee to evaluate the unit. We can then get you a detailed estimate of repair costs for your unit. If you go ahead with any of the repairs, we do not charge you the estimate fee, only the cost of the repairs and parts.
What kind of instruments do you work on.
We work on a wide variety of instruments. We regularly service all modern and vintage Electronic Organs, Digital Pianos, and Electric Pianos. We can also repair guitar amplifiers, mixers, Disclavier piano players, Accorgans, and many more. Contact us if you have a repair question about a specific item.
